{"id":2926,"date":"2026-05-24T11:10:57","date_gmt":"2026-05-24T09:10:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/the-bumiller-collection.com\/special-exhibition-malgruende-einer-gaertnerstochter\/"},"modified":"2026-06-10T12:46:17","modified_gmt":"2026-06-10T10:46:17","slug":"special-exhibition-malgruende-einer-gaertnerstochter","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/the-bumiller-collection.com\/en\/special-exhibition-malgruende-einer-gaertnerstochter\/","title":{"rendered":"Special Exhibition &#8220;Malgr\u00fcnde einer G\u00e4rtnerstochter&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>Paintings and Ceramics by Ingrid Tadje<\/h4>\n<p>The painter, ceramicist, art educator, and art therapist Ingrid Tadje<br \/>\n(born 1940 in Osnabr\u00fcck) studied at the Municipal School of Applied Arts in W\u00fcrzburg,<br \/>\nunder instructors including Wolfgang Lenz.<\/p>\n<p>The central theme of her art is her love of creation and her exploration of it,<br \/>\nwhich she conveys through her depictions of a living, breathing natural world.<br \/>\nAs a long-standing member of the BBK, she exhibited her extensive body of work<br \/>\nthroughout Bavaria in group and solo exhibitions.<br \/>\nShe was a regular guest at the Ha\u00dfberge Studio Days in K\u00f6nigsberg i.B.,<br \/>\nmost recently in 2025 at the B\u00e4rbel May Studio.<\/p>\n<div>She has been associated with the University Museum of Islamic Art since its founding.<br \/>\nShe produced drawings of the objects for the museum\u2019s first publications.<br \/>\nHer intensive engagement with Iranian art, in which flora, fauna, and mythical creatures<br \/>\nare omnipresent as motifs and forms, inspired the artist to incorporate such motifs<br \/>\ninto her painting.<br \/>\nThis led to the first special exhibition at the Bumiller Collection in its opening year, 1995,<br \/>\ntitled \u201cBulbuliade\u201d \u2013 Gathering of the Nightingales.<\/div>\n<div>In the current exhibition, Tadje presents a selection of gouache paintings and ceramics<br \/>\nrelated to objects from the Bumiller Collection.<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The exhibition will be on view from June 7th to September 30th, 2026,<br \/>\nevery Saturday and Sunday between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. in the University Museum\u2019s studio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2911\" src=\"https:\/\/the-bumiller-collection.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Bild-Tadje-Ausstellung-600x450.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/the-bumiller-collection.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Bild-Tadje-Ausstellung-600x450.jpg 600w, https:\/\/the-bumiller-collection.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Bild-Tadje-Ausstellung-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/the-bumiller-collection.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Bild-Tadje-Ausstellung-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/the-bumiller-collection.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Bild-Tadje-Ausstellung-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/the-bumiller-collection.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Bild-Tadje-Ausstellung-2048x1536.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Paintings and Ceramics by Ingrid Tadje The painter, ceramicist, art educator, and art therapist Ingrid Tadje (born 1940 in Osnabr\u00fcck) studied at the Municipal School of Applied Arts in W\u00fcrzburg, under instructors including Wolfgang Lenz.
